• Our portable unit can be easily maneuvered into job sites, whether it’s land clearing, compost sites, forest-thinning jobs, or demolition projects, etc. The machine comes with a discharge conveyor nearly 30 ft. long and 17 feet high providing ample clearance for loading out maximum highway height vehicles, or ground up material can be piled up on your site for future use. With our trucking and waste hauling operations, we can provide transportation of your material to disposal or compost sites, waste to energy facilities, as well as other available processing facilities. • Our MORBARK 1200 portable tub grinder/shredder comes equipped with a huge 750 HP Cummins diesel engine, which turns the cutting blades at an amazing 2200 RPM, and is capable of ripping through several thousand pounds of organic waste product every hour. This includes items such as brush, branches and trees up to 30 inches in diameter, pallets and crates, wood demolition debris, as well as railroad ties. Grinding time will vary depending on the size of the material that you start out with. In some cases, product will be run through the machine a second time to achieve the desired chip texture. With several screen sizes, which determine the size of your ground product, we can fill any need that may arise from larger density reducing chips, down to fine mulch nicely suitable for landscaping applications. The machine is also equipped with a magnetic cleaning system built into the conveyor for removal of harmful metals, which insures a clean finished product.

Portable Tub Grinding Services
Moring Disposal is pleased to introduce the addition of portable tub grinding to the extensive list of services offered by our company. In recent years there has been an increased emphasis on Construction / Demolition (C&D) recycling throughout Illinois. New laws are continually being added to the books in many areas throughout the state banning the burning and land filling of many types of organic wood products and mandating that these materials be recycled. This portable tub grinding operation is an ideal progression of our current business profile, allowing us to expand our hauling and recycling operations into this growing new market segment.
• Business & Industry, and public entities such as municipalities, county and state highway departments, as well as park districts, just to name a few, may all have the need to contract for portable tub grinding services. Your organization can contract our service for as little as one or two days up to a week and beyond depending on the magnitude of your project. The machine will be delivered, set up and operated by our own personnel who have received extensive training from the manufacturer.

Recyclable Item Preparation Requirements
Metal Products
Tin & Aluminum Cans, formed containers, i.e. pie tins and foil products. Rinse completely and place lids inside of cans. Labels do not have to be removed.
Glass Products
Glass Jars & Bottles only: Rinse & remove lids. Labels do not have to be removed.
Plastic Products
Plastic Jugs and bottles: Containers with the numbers 1 through 7 on the bottom. Rinse & remove lids. Labels do not have to be removed. Containers should be free of any liquids.
Paper Products
Newsprint: Bundle, bag or place in the bottom of bin.
Junk Mail: Includes envelopes, fliers, brochures, bill stubs, advertisements in bills, old papers, all white and colored papers. Place in grocery bag or container.
Brown kraft paper bags: Grocery, shopping, lunch bags, etc.
Corrugated (Cardboard Boxes): Break down, bundle or neatly stack in manageable sizes not to exceed 3 foot square.
Other cardboard: Food boxes such as cereal, baking goods, hamburger helper, macaroni, pasta type boxes, clothing boxes, shoe boxes, toy & game boxes, etc. Beverage cartons, i.e. 12 pack, cases, 6 pack carriers, etc. Bundle or bag all items.
General Recycling Information
• Recyclables should be placed at the curb the evening before your pick up day.
• Newsprint can be stacked on the bottom of the bin with all other material comingled on top.
• In the event that you have more recyclables than your bin will hold, simply place excess items in a separate bag or container next to your bin.
• All residences must have a recycling bin at the curb to help the driver identify your stop for recycling collection that day.
• Additional recycling bins are available at the Freeport Recycling Center.
• Plastic grocery bags are difficult for the driver to handle and it is prefered that you use paper bags for any separation that you do.
• The drivers can never be sure whether or not you would like to keep your bags for separating. Therefore, it would be appreciated if you would leave a note on your bin, or if you see your driver, let him know what you prefer to have done with your bags. You should be aware that no material separation is required and plastic grocery bags are not acceptable with your current reycling program.
Moring Disposal can provide sealed and locked containers for your friable asbestos projects as well as open top containers for your non-friable material. 20 yard open top containers can be provided for sludge or fuel contaminated soil projects. Liners are also available for our 20 yard containers. Moring Disposal can provide a turn key service for your project including testing, permitting and even loading when necessary.
Moring Disposal has rear load containers from 1.5 cubic yards up to 6 cubic yards in capacity available for commercial and agricultural use with service availability ranging from one time per month up to six days per week in many areas and no less than twice per week in most other areas. Larger rear load containers are available for special applications. These containers are also available for smaller clean up and remodeling projects in all municipalities serviced by Moring Disposal.
Moring Disposal has a very large inventory of 20 and 30 yard roll off containers available for large construction and demolition projects, roofing, and remodeling jobs as well as major clean up work.
Moring Disposal typically provides 1.5 cubic yard containers at farms and other rural facilities with service from (1) time per month to (1) time per week. Larger containers are also available for higher volume customers.
